DELIVERY / RETURNS POLICY
At Galloping Goop Equine Products, we want every single one of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Our returns policy is in place to help you understand our returns process and reassure you that we’ll do everything we can in order to guarantee your customer satisfaction.
Once payment has been made you will recieve a confirmation email, acknowledgeing that we have recieved your order and providing information on how to track the progress of your order.
Orders are generally processed within one working day and our carrier's delivery's range between 1 and 5 days depending on the option chosen and your delivery address.

Any unused or unsatisfactory products can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. The products need to be in their original packing material when returned.

In some cases we will cover your return shipping rates or refund your original shipping rates. Please get in touch with us for more details on your returns.
Should your return quallify for a refund, you will be refunded for your return through the payment option you selected.
